Victor Brittain-Wong
Director | Co-Founder | Entrepreneur
Victor’s financial management experience over the last 20 years covers a broad range of companies from start-ups to SMEs to FMCGs to large global multinationals across various industries such as chemicals, food, engineering, education, health and insurance.

Companies such as United Technologies, Glencore, Elementis, RSL Steeper and Brakes. Victor is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and is also an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA).

He is also an Alumni of Imperial College London with an MSc in MBA.

Victor combines his financial and commercial experience to help organisations to move from where they are to where they want to be, helping to recognise and harness a much neglected competitive advantage in most organisations; processes to improve growth and financial sustainability.
He incorporates the kaizen (continuous improvement) mind-set in every undertaking.

Victor is also an entrepreneur having set up several start-ups from food to mobile health to financial technology. His first start up was a food company providing ethnic food which he later sold to his business partner to set up his own consultancy, Brittain-Wong, advising on disability and coaching managers how to integrate disability into their team and organisation working with clients such as Barclays Bank, local councils, the BBC and Met Police.

Victor's current start up is involved in healthcare in the area of assistive living and he is also currently enabling the Student Support Centre, a group of companies in the Education industry to re-position the organisation in the digital world.

Social entrepreneurship is also something that Victor values highly and is a partner of the Transformational Business Network, investing and mentoring entrepreneurs and micro businesses in the developing world. He is also an investor and activist in a company bringing access to renewable energy in some of the most deprived areas in the world.
Mike Malan
Director | Co-Founder | Marketing | Events & Project Management | Business Development
Mike's experience spans a number of industries, from Banking and IT to Government and the Charity sector.

Mike holds a Project Management qualification (PMP), which has been the foundation for his experience in events. Mike has over 10 years' experience as either an Events Manager, or Events Assistant, working on events both in London and other parts of the UK.

Not being content with "we've always done it this way", Mike takes an alternative view and approach to the work he does, gaining a solid understanding of the current situation before seeking to streamline processes in order to make operations more efficient.

Mike has been privileged to serve the likes of How to Academy, Intelligence Squared, The School of Life, Spectator, Evening Standard and The Guardian, amongst others, and their guests: Reid Hoffman, Ariana Huffington, Melinda Gates, James Altucher, Scott Kelly, Christina Figueres, Steven Pinker, Dr. Rahul Jandial, Prof. Jeffrey Sachs, Theo Paphitas, Lord Bilimoria, Dame Stephanie Shirley, Dr. Rangan Chatterjee, Mervyn King, George R.R. Martin, Joanna Lumley, David Suchet, Helena Bonham Carter, Jeremy Irons, Emma Watson, Tom Hiddleston, Annie Lennox, Peter Gabriel and Nigella Lawson, to name a few.

Having worked with the aforementioned has been invaluable, as Mike has been able to glean their insights and "secrets", which have been included in some way in the "Practical Success Principles Workshops".

Mike serves alongside Sandra Carito on the Executive Committee for the Anglo-Portuguese Society.

Mike serves Noel Robinson by way of part managing his social media so as to promote Noel's events, as well as "Renewal" for Kingdom Worship Movement, Noel's flagship worship gathering.
Chris Eley

Chris Eley currently works as a Deputy Headteacher for Kelmscott School in Walthamstow.

Prior to working in education Chris worked for Abbey National in loans and insurance and also in customer service for Arcadia Group Ltd.

Chris retrained and completed his secondary PGCE to teach French and Spanish in 2005. For the last 16 years, Chris has worked in secondary schools based in East London. Chris has held many roles of responsibility which include Curriculum Leader of Modern Foreign Languages, Head of Year, Student Progress Leader, KS4 Attainment Manager and Assistant Head - Director of Sixth Form.

Through all of his roles, Chris has always wanted to ensure that students develop their range of soft and transferable skills so that they are equipped with the necessary skills to be successful in their next step - be that education, training or employment. Furthermore, Chris champions working with students from disadvantaged communities to motivate and inspire them to be leaders of their own future. Chris wants students to develop their growth mindset and to see that the possibilities are endless if they are willing to be open, develop their personal brand and above all, put 100% effort into everything they do.

Chris has worked with ICEE Ltd since 2018 and believes that such projects not only engage students in a different way of thinking and support them to increase their skill set but the workshops also allow and push students to envision a brighter future full of opportunity which is there for the taking. Seeing students apply skills that they learn from the ICEE Ltd workshops is satisfying and observing students grow through the project is very rewarding.

Chris also works for TES Institute as a Pathway Tutor where he coaches trainee teachers and MFL teachers to increase their French/Spanish knowledge through completing Subject Knowledge Enhancement (SKE) courses.

Chris believes in being a lifelong learner and completed his Master in Education in 2019 at The University of East London where he is part of the alumni. Currently he is enrolled on a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Data Literacy.
Sandra Carito
Portuguese Lawyer | Registered European Law
London born, opted to read law in Portugal, qualifying as a Portuguese Advogada and has worked with an international Portuguese law firm in Lisbon and the UK until 2014, leaving to become a Registered European Lawyer with England & Wales and found her own City based legal firm.

With experience working on award winning London regeneration projects since 2001, now assists private clients and corporate investors in Portugal.

Other areas of practice include contracts, cross-border, risk assessment and compliance, company and real estate.

Supporting numerous charities and participating in educational mentoring projects, Sandra is also the current Chairman for The Anglo-Portuguese Society.

A recommended lawyer of the Portuguese Consulate in London, Council member of the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and a founding committee member of the Portuguese Chamber Business Network since 2011.
Mark Sanger
Youth Engagement Officer
Mark is the Senior Youth and Children’s Co-ordinator at St Paul’s Crofton, a large Anglican church in the London Borough of Bromley.

He qualified as a Youth worker 20 years ago, via the Centre of Youth Ministries, and since then has worked in various organisations supporting and encouraging young people in different parts of the South East of England.

In his career he has taken on various roles from local authority sessional work both centre based and detached, he has led on or project managed different youth and children’s participation projects both in London and across Kent.

Before joining St Paul’s he was the Youth engagement officer for Connexions Kent & Medway, engaging hard to reach young people and those not in Education, Employment or training across the county and working with them and other partner organisations to find positive outcomes and change for young people.

Mark is married to Georgina and has 2 children. He is a great fan of all things outdoors, from dog walking to Bike riding, and camping in his VW bus.
Noel Robinson
International Worship Artist
Noel's name is synonymous with British Gospel Music.

Born in the cosmopolitan and stylish 1960's, Noel grew up with his West Indian parents in NW London.

Noel has been one of the most influential persons involved in bringing Gospel Music to the masses, and his diversity of influences spans many cultures and generations.

Multi-talented, Noel studied both classical and jazz at Goldsmith College, majoring on double bass, playing for his local borough orchestra, and on classical and jazz guitar. Noel also plays piano and is an award winning songwriter.

Noel has worked with some of the biggest names in the music industry, from Chaka Khan, Bonnie Tyler, Gloria Gaynor, Maria Carey and Elton John, to Graham Kendrick, Matt Redman, CeCe Winans, Dr. Ron Kenoly, Daryl Coley, Fred Hammond and a host of others.
Sophia White
Brand Design Strategist
As a brand strategist with more than 10 years’ experience finding companies voices through imagery, words and stories, Sophia considers herself to be a conversationalist because she focuses on keeping the conversation going, with meaningful brand identities and conversational messaging.

Sophia's love for creating voices that are intellectual, witty, inspirational or thought-provoking makes her human-focused!

With an additional 5 years’ experience managing effective sales drives and promotional campaigns for global FMCG companies like Nestle and Coca Cola, Sophia has managed brands such as Bacardi, Lindt, Vimto, Fullers, Yazoo, Diageo, Monster, Relentless and Haribo.

Sophia has been involved in the activation and distribution of these major products, and so my understanding of routes to market was established.

Sophia works with clients across various industries such as Fashion, Beauty, Tech, Corporate and Luxury sectors with clients across the UK, as well as Africa, the USA, Hong Kong, Germany, Australia and Europe.
Marietta Birkholtz
Career Change Facilitator
Marietta trained with Richard Nelson Bolles, best-selling author of the annually revised career manual “What Color is your Parachute?”.

An advocate of meaningful work and authentic career change, she brings over 15 years’ experience of cognitive-behavioural rehabilitation, and 13 years’ experience in career-related consulting.

Awarded “Runner-up for Best New UK Vocational Rehabilitation Initiative 2017”, she is currently leading a “Parachute” career change programme for military leavers. This being the first of its kind in Europe, she was recently invited to present the outcomes at the World Congress of Neuro-Rehabilitation 2018.

Also renowned for career consultations with civilian professionals, she enjoys the inspiring and empowering effect of the “Parachute” that often reaches beyond work.
